AI Narration for eLearning Courses
Courses get edited for years. LeapFun keeps every module in one Studio project so the narrator, the terminology and the pacing stay consistent — and a changed slide costs one paragraph, not a re-record.

How it works
- Import the module scriptPaste the lesson text into a Studio project. Each module becomes a chapter; each slide's narration a paragraph.
- Set the narrator and the vocabularyChoose a clear educational voice, then add pronunciation rules for product names, acronyms and technical terms — they apply to every module.
- Export per module, with subtitlesGenerate, listen, re-take any paragraph, and export mastered audio plus subtitle files per chapter for your LMS or video editor.
Why course teams narrate on LeapFun
- Terminology stays right
Per-project pronunciation rules mean 'SaaS', 'OAuth' or a product name is read the same way in Module 1 and Module 12.
- Updates cost a paragraph
When a screen changes, regenerate that paragraph. Version history keeps the previous take; the rest of the module is untouched.
- Localise without re-casting
On Creator and above, translate a whole project into 8 languages and re-narrate it with the same voice setup — one course, several markets.
Writing narration that teaches
- One idea per sentence Learners replay; short sentences make scrubbing back easy and read cleanly.
- Signpost every screen "On this screen…", "Next, we…" — the voice should tell learners where they are.
- Spell acronyms the first time Write "S-a-a-S (software as a service)" once, add a pronunciation rule, and let the rule handle the rest.
- Keep pace at 140–150 words a minute Slower than YouTube; comprehension over energy.
- Mark emphasis with punctuation, not caps AI voices read commas and full stops as breath; ALL CAPS is read as letters on some tiers.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use AI narration in a paid course?
Yes on any paid plan. Starter ($6 a month) and above include commercial usage rights; the free tier is for personal and evaluation use.
How do I fix how a technical term is pronounced?
Add a pronunciation rule in the Studio project. It applies to every chapter, so you fix a term once for the whole course.
Can I update one lesson without re-rendering the course?
Yes. Regenerate the changed paragraph or chapter only; earlier renders stay in version history and the other modules are untouched.
What do I get for my LMS?
Mastered WAV or MP3 per module or per chapter, plus subtitle files generated from the narration timeline (Creator and above). Import the audio into your slides, video editor or authoring tool; LeapFun does not produce SCORM packages.
Can I offer the course in other languages?
On Creator and above, a Studio project can be translated into English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean and re-narrated with the same voice setup.
