1 credit = 1 character of standard voice generation. As a rule of thumb, 1,000 credits ≈ 1 minute of finished audio.

Voices come in tiers with different rates: Turbo voices bill 0.5 credits per character; Expressive, Natural and Pro voices bill 1 credit per character; Ultra voices bill 1.5 credits per UTF-8 byte (≈1.5 credits per English character, ≈4.5 per Chinese character — a minute of Ultra audio costs about the same in any language). Voice Design costs a flat 2,500 credits per created voice, saved permanently to My Voices. The rate is always shown next to the voice before you generate — never after, and credits are charged per generation, not per download.

Monthly plan credits reset at each billing cycle. Free-tier credits accumulate: your 3,000 sign-up credits never expire, and active months add another 1,000.

Yes — all paid plans include commercial usage rights. The free tier is for personal and evaluation use.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel in the billing portal at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

Payments are final once charged, and unused time in the current period isn't refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops future renewals while you keep full access until the paid period ends. If you spot a billing error — like a duplicate charge — email [email protected] and we'll make it right.
