Is LeapFun text to speech free?

How many characters is a credit?
One credit is one character on standard-rate voices. Turbo voices bill 0.5 credits per character and Ultra voices bill 1.5 credits per UTF-8 byte. As a rule of thumb, 1,000 credits is about one minute of finished audio.
Can I use the audio commercially?
All paid plans include commercial usage rights for videos, podcasts, courses and other monetised work. The free tier does not.
Which languages are supported?
English and Chinese voices are available in every tier. Leap Ultra voices are multilingual and can read the same script in many languages; the exact list is shown per voice in the app.
What file formats can I download?
WAV and MP3, both loudness-mastered. Longer productions belong in Audiobook Studio, which also exports subtitles alongside the audio.
Do Ultra emotion tags work on every voice?
No. Inline tags such as [whispers] are interpreted only by Leap Ultra voices; other tiers would read them aloud, so the app strips them when you switch voices.
