LeapFun vs Fliki: Narration Only vs Script-to-Video
Updated October 2, 2026
Short version: Fliki turns a script, an idea or a blog post into a finished video with stock footage, subtitles and an AI voice, and it can also make audio-only episodes. LeapFun makes the narration only, with a deeper Studio for long scripts and a lower entry price. Pick Fliki if you want the video assembled for you. Pick LeapFun if you cut video elsewhere, or the audio is the product.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fliki a text-to-speech tool or a video tool?
Both, with video first: it builds videos from scripts, ideas or blog posts with stock media, subtitles and AI voices, and it also exports audio-only episodes as MP3 or WAV.
Does Fliki have a free plan?
Yes: 3 credits a month, 300 voices, 720p video with a watermark and exports up to 5 minutes. Its pricing FAQ says commercial rights come with subscription plans.
Which has more languages, LeapFun or Fliki?
LeapFun's Leap Ultra voices read 130+ languages. Fliki's home page says 80+ languages and 100+ dialects, and its languages page lists 91 languages.
Is LeapFun cheaper than Fliki?
For narration alone, yes: LeapFun Starter is $6 and Creator $19 against Fliki Standard at $28. Fliki's price includes video assembly, stock media and subtitles, which LeapFun does not offer.
Can I use LeapFun narration in a Fliki video?
Fliki is built around its own voices. LeapFun exports WAV and MP3 that work in any editor; our how-to guides cover CapCut, Canva and Premiere.
When should I not choose LeapFun?
When you want the whole video made for you, need AI avatars, or want voice, footage and subtitles in one subscription. Fliki does that.
